Monday Only Update Schedule
Amanda and I have tried everything to keep up the twice weekly update schedule for The Blind Eye, but other projects and real life have simply made it impossible. Thus, in order to ensure a consistent update schedule going forward, our update schedule is now once weekly, each and every Monday.
This was a tough decision for us, but it’s the right one. Clown Town performed beyond our wildest dreams in Small Press Idol 2010 (and hopefully will continue to do so!), and we both have other projects ongoing that demand our attention. Rest assured, The Blind Eye will continue, just at a reduced pace. I have fully scripted the first three chapters – that’s a total of 164 screens! And we are devoted to seeing this story through while still taking advantage of some other tremendous opportunities.
Thanks for reading and please hang in there with us!

The Blind Eye at HeroesCon 2010!
Day 1 of HeroesCon 2010 was long and not all that active at the table, honestly, but we had a good time. We handed out many promotional materials for The Blind Eye and Clown Town and made a ton of new acquaintances. Our friend, Shawn Harbin of The Dungeon Comic is here, too, and we talked with him quite a bit. Amanda also talked with Adam Withers, one-half of the team on the web-comic, The Uniques, and a judge in Small Press Idol 2010. Artist Joe Eisma visited us briefly. Joe created a pair of unique and gorgeous prints of Great White and Hindsight commissioned by Amanda for Kevin’s last birthday!Kevin sat in on a Making It In Comics Panel, hosted by Marvel Comics Editor, Bill Rosemann and featuring Marvel writers, Paul Tobin, Jim McCann & Jonathan Hickman and artists Mark Brooks and Colleen Coover. A lot of advice was dispensed in that room, and some of it we can definitely apply to our own path.Other than these highlights, it was a typical Con day – distributing promotional materials, checking out some cool t-shirts and gawking at comics royalty. Hopefully, Day 2 will bring more action and interest to our little corner of the Charlotte Convention Center! We’ll let you know!- HeroesCon 2010 Bullseye & Silver Sable!
